DIVIDEND POLICY
Dividend will be paid during the April through the Main University payroll. It will be paid top bonafide members of CHUNA SACCO LTD. The bonafide members are:
Those members on the register of members as at 31st December, of the financial year.
Must have contributed shares for at least 6 months during the financial / dividend year.
Must have contributed shares continuously for at least 3 months prior to December 31st.
Rate of dividend
Rate of Dividend shall be Ksh. 2.00 per share
Interest on members’ savings/ deposits shall be as determined by members’ during Annual General Meeting.
All above shall be subjected to withholding tax at the prevailing rates.
